If people always eat junk foods it is not good for their health because junk foods have a high in calorific value and low nutritional value so ideal eating habits are to eat much fruit and vegetables, and eat moderate meat and fish. Also, to do exercise is important. People need exercise almost every day. If they don’t get enough exercise they can’t have much of an appetite. Then, they can’t eat enough healthy foods so their body will be weak. Second, people have to get enough sleep. One good night’s sleep and they will be back to normal. The best length of sleep is seven or eight hours. Finally, it is the most important thing to quit smoking. To smoke is bad for health.
